Answering Call from Telephone Machine Tips for Woman

cewek friendster imut
Answering call from telephone machine is not easy, especially if you a single woman. Read this tips.

1. Never say "I" on your message, especially if you are a single woman. If you are a single woman and a stalker or potential stalker has targeted you, he will eventually call your home phone number. If he hears a message in your voice saying "Hi, this is Susie. I can't come to the phone right now, but...", he will know instantly that you are indeed single, and in all likelihood living by yourself. Use "we", even if it sounds unworkable at first. "Hi, you've reached the Smith residence. Sorry WE can't come to the phone right now, but..." If you were a stalker, would you feel confident about your chances of finding your victim living alone with a message like that? If you really want assurance, find a willing male voice to record your message for you.

2. You may want to forget leaving a name at all on your message and only repeat your phone number. "Hi, you've reached Debby and Susie's place. Please leave a message..." sounds much more inviting to a stalker or predator than "You've reached 555-5789, please leave a message...". This has the added benefit of reducing the number of wrong numbers, but it does keep personal information out of the equation.

3. Never advertise the fact that you are "out of the house." Always imply that you are temporarily unable to answer the phone, but avoid throwing in the details that would let a burglar know you're on vacation in Florida until Friday. Such information is probably already common knowledge among your closest friends and co-workers, so it's not necessary to share this with everyone who calls. Burglars live for opportunities like this, so don't give them any encouragement with such a personal message.

4. Humorous messages can be great, but don't overdo it. Potential employers may call your number to arrange an interview, so that slightly off-color message you put on your machine to be clever may not be such a good idea. This is not a life-threatening gesture by any means, but keep in mind that your answering machine message is a reflection of yourself. Single women should especially be careful with humorous or suggestive messages, even if clearly intended as a joke. Stalkers and predators are not always rational thinkers, and may be quite literal in their approaches to 'joke' messages. What you think may sound a bit flitatious or light-hearted could come across as an honest invitation to a potential suitor with a troubled mind. It's always a good idea to keep humor to a minimum with answering machines anyway, but especially if you're not sure how your message might sound to those who don't know you.

XPERIA X10, New Sony Ericsson Cell Phone

It looks great. The new Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10. The cell phone has a capacitive screen. It does not support multi-touch functionality at launch, but is considered for the future.

New Sony Ericsson Cell Phones – XPERIA X10’s UI is going to evolve and adapt over time, so I would think or at least hope that Sony Ericsson will change the kinks and minor technicalities in future releases.

Digital SLR Cameras on a Shoestring

If you want to buy SLR digital camera, yu should read this tips:

For the best overall value for the money, the Pentax K200D hits all the right notes with a dust- and weather-resistant body, sensor-shift image stabilization, and other premium features. Its biggest weakness is not-terribly accurate colors and a tendency to underexpose, which can be overcome with some tweaking.

For the best photo quality, the relatively old Canon EOS Rebel XS still delivers, especially in low light, and its kit lens is the best of the group. It does have some operational annoyances, though, such as hard-to-see AF points in the viewfinder and no spot meter, and it lacks in-body image stabilization.

For the first-timer friendliest, the Nikon D3000 provides a guided shooting mode that can help you get up to speed. But it also has the most limited feature set of the bunch--there's no exposure or flash exposure bracketing, for example.

Though it's not a clear winner in every race, the Pentax K2000 seems to have the best overall performance of the group. However, its out-of-the-box photo quality and feature set can't match most of the other models for the money.

For a cheap model that fulfills the dSLR promise--better performance, photo quality, and flexibility than a point-and-shoot--the Sony Alpha DSLR-A230 should garner its share of fans.

HTC Touch Pro2

The HTC Touch Pro2 for Sprint really great. This gadget offers a gorgeous touch screen, a spacious keyboard, and a 3.5 millimeter jack. The Windows Mobile device also features world-roaming capabilities, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. Unfortunately, the smartphone doesn't support international 3G bands. The device is bulky in size and also expensive. GPS acquisition was a bit slow in our tests and video streaming wasn't the smoothest.

Sony VAIO P Series

Slim and fashionable. Sony released a simple truth of ultra-portable computing named VAIO P Series: for all its beauty, elegant hardware packed into a diminutive chassis will never make up for a perpetually sluggish OS, at least not for long.

While it comes late to this understanding, Sony is finally making XP a standard load on its new VAIO P model VGN-P50. Not exactly aspirational, mind you, and very netbook-like... but at least it gets the OS out of the way of your applications unlike the original VAIO P Vista build. Any by not having to downgrade yourselves (or upgrade to Windows 7 RC), you'll keep all of Sony's optimizations like the VAIO P's XMB interface.

Model Features:
8" display with XBRITE-ECO™ LCD technology, 2GB RAM, 60GB HDD, 1.5 lbs., GPS, integrated mobile broadband

Dell Mini 10v

Dell repotedly has released Dell Mini 10v, a revamp of its Mini 10 Netbook. The new product starting at $299. The $299 base price Mini 10v includes An Intel Atom N270 CPU, 1GB of RAM, a 120GB hard drive, a 3-cell battery, and Windows XP.

That makes for a perfectly serviceable Netbook experience, and Dell's cost-cutting seems to revolve around replacing the Intel Atom Z520 and Z530 processors used it the previous Mini 10 systems with the more common N270 (which is found in virtually every other Netbook).
